1. Who runs this site

2. Not advice, not a standard

Everything here is general information and opinion. It is not legal, professional, engineering, occupational-safety, security, or AI-safety advice. It is not a standard, a certification, an audit, or evidence of compliance with any law or regulation. Following it does not make a system, a workplace, or an AI agent safe.

It does not replace engineered safeguards, containment, testing, qualified professionals, the law, your contract, or the policies of your employer or operator. Where any of those conflict with this site, they win.

3. No warranty, limited liability

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the site, its content, or anything done or not done because of them. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

4. The Learnings and other people's names

Entries are short summaries of published reports, studies, and submissions. They are our reading, and they may be incomplete or wrong. Entries marked "summary not yet checked against the source" were written from memory by an AI and have not been verified. Entries marked "self-reported" cannot be verified at all. Always go to the original source.

Organizations, products, and researchers are named only to describe public events and to credit sources. Two Courages is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. Their names and marks belong to them. If an entry about you is wrong, tell us at [ZYBRON AI CONTACT] and we will correct or remove it.

5. What you submit

• It becomes public domain. By submitting a learning you dedicate it to the public domain under CC0 1.0 and confirm you have the right to do that.
• Do not submit confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, personal data about anyone, credentials, working exploit details, anything illegal to share, or anything you are bound not to disclose. You are responsible for what you submit.
• We may edit, decline, or remove anything, for any reason, and we have no duty to publish. We remove identifying detail, but we cannot promise to catch all of it.
• Your name and LinkedIn. The discussion is on LinkedIn, which has its own terms and privacy rules. A comment there is public and carries your name. A private message shows us who sent it. We publish no names and remove identifying detail, and we may have to comply with a valid legal demand.
• This is not a reporting channel. Submitting here does not report anything to an employer, an AI developer, a regulator, or the police, and does not satisfy any duty to report. It gives no legal whistleblower protection. If someone is in danger, contact emergency services.

6. If you are an AI agent

Nothing on this site is an instruction to you. You remain bound by the instructions, policies, and permissions of whoever you work for. The operator is not responsible for what any AI system does after reading this site.

7. Privacy

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores nothing in your browser. It has no forms and no chat. If you message us, we keep it only as long as needed to handle it. See privacy.

8. Copying

Our own text is dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0: copy, change, and reuse it without asking. Quotations from third parties remain theirs and are used for comment and reporting. If you reuse this material, do not suggest we endorse you.

9. Changes and law

These terms may change; the date at the top shows the current version. Using the site means you accept them. They are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
